Nothing beats the sensation of over-long sleep during holiday and knowing there’s none to worry about; classes, assignments, drama, books, pens, notes and getting stress by lots of stuff.
Just you and every minute which you happily waste in order to be in that comfy bed.
No guilt.
Everyday we go to different places; whether to meet someone or having vacation; but it is not the same as being and feel comfort in our own home.
Perhaps our friend’s bed during sleepover is quit cushy and soft but it won’t beat the feeling of sleeping in our own bed and wrap ourselves entirely with a big long soft blanket.
The sensation of going to the kitchen to make ourselves a breakfast while still in pajamas; ignoring the fact of our worst-morning-sleepy look; is the ultimate experience.
In other words; nothing feels like home.
Yesterday, Hana, Yaya, Yan, Kak Nina and myself were having our photoshoot in the conjunction of our diploma graduation.
Since I already returned the robe earlier on, hence I can’t be in the picture since all these three lovely ladies; Hana, Yaya and Yan are in their robe; and which the picture would be quite weird having one guy in the frame and not having one.
Thus, I asked Hana if I can brought along my camera and since she already have an official photographer for the shoot, hence it makes me as the unofficial photographer when she said yes. *chuckles*
Without any further due, I’ll upload some of the pictures for your view and I might say its not that much since I took the picture impromptu.

I was born in a typical modern Malay kampung which you can compare to Kampung Bharu in Kuala Lumpur.
Kampung Boyan; located at the area of Petra Jaya, Kuching, Sarawak is the best place for me so far in the entire of my life.
As a resemblance, both kampung share the most common thing, it’s located near to the main city; which for my kampung is just located just across the Sarawak river.
During the evening, you will enjoy a beautiful scenery of Kuching city from the other side.
Dusk ray really outstand most of the buildings to create a galore and spectacular view for eyes to feed on.
With every minute that passes by, you can see the changes in the colour of the atmosphere; resembled by the lighting reflect from the building as you can compare from both of the pictures above.
Now, you guys must be wondering on how to get the other side? Fear not, if you live near the city’s hotel, you can use the service of the penambang to get you to the other side with a fair RM 0.50 to get across.
The penambang will take you from each of the side and they operate until 11 p.m so you guys do not need to be worry if there is no more transportation to get back to the other side.
Penambang or also known as small boat has been the traditional method to go across the river as long I remember. It is now is a trademark of the Sarawak river in any print outs about Kuching.
Here, there is a lot of stalls selling local food and beverages such as the popular kek lapis Sarawak, mee kolok and laksa Sarawak.
There is also some small stalls that sells local merchandize plus not to forget the exquisite ikan Terubok masin that you can get it all here.
After enjoying the food, you can have a long walk along the village waterfront to enjoy the beautiful scenery around the kampung area.
You could have a glimpse of the end of the city which locates the ships for the fishermen.

May is such a busy month for me.
Finishing the exam papers, managing the Kenyalang Debate Open 2010 and representing UiTM Sarawak in Arau Open; it does have its own tiredness in it.
And here’s the last chapter of the month; my own-forgotten birthday. I’m a year older and a year wiser but still young in heart and mind. Please, do not try to be bothered just to remind e on how childish I am. All I know is at least I’m getting more knowledgeable year by year more than other people out there.
Here’s the question. What I want to get for my birthday?
Of course I want the stuff which in the top of my A-list.
A DSLR camera!
And here I would likely to tell to all people that I would get my hand on this baby and it would be my second wife after my dearest small petite laptop.

The next highlight of course the Rainforest World Music Festival from the 9th till 11th July 2010. The experience that I had last ear really gave me the adrenaline to go there once again.
My next target after this is to get my hand to Nokia 5800 and with some plan in mind; you would see me often in Twitter and Facebook thanks to the Gravity application.
Good things always coming in last but for me it is better to be like that so it would give me the chance to prepare for the worst.
Enough of ranting.
From now on, I’ll try to keep up to myself to update this blog. Mark my words.
Kuching is a very good place to visit nether less on what you are aiming for when you come by here.
Either you want to get a bulk of “ikan terubuk masin”, Sarawak “Kek Lapis” or even to pump up your stamina in bed buy getting gambir; Kuching town is a decent place indeed.
If you one of the people who likes to eat and would like to experience all types of Sarawak food. you may come to the Open Air food court located near to the Electra House (a shopping mall kinda), Kuching Central Police Station and India Street.
It has that distinctive tower which other parts of Kuching doesn’t have it; except for it’s brother, Pending Fire Brigade Central.
Why so?
This is due to the fact, ladies and gentlemen, that before the Open Air was even being exist, it is once a Fire Brigade Central in the year of 1924 (correct me if mistaken). Back to that time, that tower is actually the watch tower to cover the horizon of Kuching town since back then there was no tall building as it is now which could block the view of entire town.
Here, I gave you my first lesson on Kuching history. Maybe I will post more about Kuching history to you guys out there.
P/S: My laptop charger already faulty. I need to get the new one ASAP!
Well, basically there is nothing interesting throughout the day until late night.
On the second day of Raya, I was just sitting at home due to tiredness and needless to say that I need some rest from yesterday.
My parents along with the other bottom 5 siblings were making their journey to Sarikei to visit my mum’s village where as I was left with 4 other brothers at home. And once again I am the Cinderella on the third day.
But first, I made a simple English breakfast for myself.
French toast with sausages along with a cup of warm tea. How nice it can be? LOL.
Then, around 6 p.m I received a call from Yaya that she and the others would make a visit to my house but it took about nearly midnight for them to came by.
As for Zureen, she was so sleepy until she actually slept at the chair along with the pillow. *laugh*
Yet in the sleepiness, she still have the energy to called her lovely boyfriend who is also were making his Raya visiting.
Since it midnight, every restaurant or even stalls in Kuching were closed when our stomach demand for food. Hence, we went to the only place that you would go to grab something to eat, McD!
There, we met some very familiar faces and surprisingly there is a lot of people; teenagers mostly; going to McD to have something to eat. I mean, from the starting of the day until night, they sure went to multiple of open-house and yet they craving for hamburgers.
Plus, now I know the place in Syawal starting the second day of Raya that you can socialize and make new friends; only at McDonald! Hahaha…
The queue was very “decorative” and colourful indeed. Thanks to the Raya clothes and baju kurung that they were wearing. It never felt this happening before in here. LOL.
After we grab our food, Yaya, Redha and Zureen sent me back home and we promised to go out visiting together the very next morning.
And yes, we arrived at our home passed 2 a.m early in the morning. Luckily my parents has gone away to the village.
