Dear Future Daughter

Future Daughter

My dear future daughter,

Every time I think of you; that one day I will hold you in my arm; made me smile when I’m going through a rough time and all those burden just shed off to the ground.

You will be a beautiful girl for me; until it made the earth stop moving just because it want to have a glimpse of the face that would shine my world. I’ll take care of you well and nurturing you with all best things that world got to offer.

I would send you to the best school where you can meet your new future friends; which perhaps some of grow up together with you and stay by your side when I am not there for you. Later, when you’re 4 years old, a ballet class I should prepare for you so you could be flexible in the early age so it would be easy for you to take any sports or dance class that you want to be into when you’re 10 years old.

Not to forget a piano lesson so you could develop the artistic value within self so towards the end, you would be a smart, beautiful, amazing, captivating and talent girl people would know.

Thus, the would ask around, “Who’s daughter is she?”

In latter, I would happily answer, “Mine”.

Closing the chapter of 2010

The new book will show itself any minute now; thus shows the curtain of 2010 will be closed.

Lot of challenges and tests that I have to endured trough out the year which I’m quite astonished to see myself was able to walk out with all of my limbs still intact.

2010 has really showed me path which I selected to choose. Sometimes, when I’m in doubt, I always see myself from another perspective to make sure in the end of the day no regret will come to me for making the wrong choice.

Of course, there are certain things that I haven’t fulfill so far such as travelling around Sarawak due to certain limitation that I posses. But it wouldn’t stop me from doing so in the future. The dream will be always continue to grow and it will be always evolve to make it better.

DSC_0023

Thank you for my parents who let me did all the things in my way by supporting me financially. I always put the priority of study ahead of anything else even though I’m busy with almost everything and anything. Remember, parents’ blessing is important because without their blessing, you might end up doing all types of wrong moves.

DSC_0046DSC_0089DSC_0054DSC05322DSC_0091DSC_0254

Thank you to my lecturers who guide me all throughout these journey. You did fulfill your responsibility successfully by guiding and opening the door for us; to make me the proud as I can walk with my head held high. You did all the impossible achievable by giving us the ladder of knowledge which I climbed on to obtain the success by grasping hard upon it by years and finally, it is safely in my arms.

DSC_0122DSC07091Thank you to my friends, who had pushed me all the way back; who convinced me to do something crazy and different. It’s because of you guys who influence me in peer manner which subsequently does influence the way I’m thinking and put my subtle into action. I do appreciate you guys who keep on believing in any activities which I plan and organize plus giving your full support by participating in those activities. From there, I know you guys have the faith and trust in me to do almost everything without being worry that it would be messed up. I do extremely believing in it.

Please do take care well of the Debate Unit. We fight, we won and we survive. I might not be around anymore but you guys along with the Debate Unit always in my heart; the nearest because you are part of my family.

Even with all my might that I possessed, I couldn’t have done all of the amazing things if it is not because of these people who really gives me their full fledge support to me; those two person which are important during my academic and life-experience study.

DSC_0078

Thank you Miss L, for revealing my strength along with my weaknesses so that I can be better in future. Your way does really change me a lot and the peak is when Terrence and I successfully went to the final of Yayasan Sarawak World Style Debate Tournament 2010. In every explanation that you gave to me, it does create a hard imprint which I might say, quite hard to be forgotten. You’re the best and you will remain the best of the best from all the best.

01082010(001)

Finally, thank you to my lover who shows me the meaning of true love. Time that has been spent with you will be cherish in my memory. And don’t to worry love, I won’t find another you over there. Till now sweetie, you will be remaining in my heart and in my mind all the time. I love you too much.

Exam Result–Part 6 (July–November 2010)

I know it would be quite late to tell this since the exam’s result has been released about 15 days ago.

But personally, for me nothing is too late when it is comes to good news. Frankly speaking, it didn’t occur to me at all that I would achieve the result that I dream off.

Here, I’m gladly show you my final exam result below.

CaptureClick the picture to enlarge

Finally ladies and gentlemen, I achieved Dean’s List for the first time! Perhaps it is not so much to some people but it meant so much for me.

This semester, I just did all my best along with the hope to score well for my final semester. Yet, the to achieve GPA of 3.5 I put it away aside because deep down in my heart I already lost my faith to obtain it.

But here it is; still in disbelieving and awe condition I am. Enough of the rackets, let us see and analyze through all the subjects that I have scored.

1. Agricultural Economics

Result : B+

Seriously, I thought I would flunk this paper since my carry mark is low and I didn’t perform well in the final paper. But somehow, Mr. Ghazali has helped to boost my mark that causes this subject to be my turn key point of obtaining Dean’s List.

Perhaps the economics paper was the least paper that I like since I failed the Principle of Economy back in part-3 which I retook this semester.

The calculation and the formulas really bugged my head but Alhamdulillah, I passed.

2. Agricultural Extension

Result : A

It was a surprise seeing Associate Professor Dr. Margaret Chan gave me an “A” for her paper. Mind you that she is one hard lecturer to please as you must do your assignment with quality and answer her paper according to your understanding by putting it into your own words. I think personally, this is the highest achievement I have with her since she taught me for 3 semesters for 3 different subject; Math and Research Methodology; which I obtained C and C+ respectively.

3. Land Survey

Result : A-

This is the subject that makes me look like a fool in class since I do not know a single thing about this particular subject. On the night before the final paper, I took my time to revised the textbook; which wrote by the lecturer himself; and finally understand the whole concept but it was too late; or else I would score an “A”.

4. Principles of Economics

Result : B

During my time in part-3, I failed this paper due to my brain couldn’t absorb anything that involves figures, formula and calculation; and it cost me failed this subject. So I rise up and took this paper for the second time so that I could redeem what has taken. I struggle enough for this subject and I’m really quite satisfy to get a “B” since I know I cut out from my flesh and blood just to achieve it.

5. Personnel Management

Result : A-

I’m a person who is strong at memorizing facts and therefore making this subject as my favourite. Not to mention the lecturer who taught this really lenient indeed. She told the class that she would accept any answer as long it is related to the concept. Another “A-“ from my own effort.

6. Agricultural Marketing

Result : A-

This subject was initially being taught by a lecturer who caused me to lost my Dean’s List chance back in part-4 but she was being replaced by a good lecturer. Although she was quite new to this subject but she make an effort herself to understand and deliver the topic to us. Thanks to her, I understand every single detail about this particular subject.

Overall, I obtained 3.54 GPA which eligible me to graduate with a 3.08 CGPA for my diploma. I didn’t see it coming and I owe it all to the lecturers who had taught me all this while.

Thank you all.

Hometown : Kampung Boyan

I was born in a typical modern Malay kampung which you can compare to Kampung Bharu in Kuala Lumpur.

Kampung Boyan; located at the area of Petra Jaya, Kuching, Sarawak is the best place for me so far in the entire of my life.

As a resemblance, both kampung share the most common thing, it’s located near to the main city; which for my kampung is just located just across the Sarawak river.

DSC_0065

During the evening, you will enjoy a beautiful scenery of Kuching city from the other side.

Dusk ray really outstand most of the buildings to create a galore and spectacular view for eyes to feed on.

DSC_0067

With every minute that passes by, you can see the changes in the colour of the atmosphere; resembled by the lighting reflect from the building as you can compare from both of the pictures above.

DSC_0066Now, you guys must be wondering on how to get the other side? Fear not, if you live near the city’s hotel, you can use the service of the penambang to get you to the other side with a fair RM 0.50 to get across.

DSC_0068

The penambang will take you from each of the side and they operate until 11 p.m so you guys do not need to be worry if there is no more transportation to get back to the other side.

DSC_0070

Penambang or also known as small boat has been the traditional method to go across the river as long I remember. It is now is a trademark of the Sarawak river in any print outs about Kuching.

DSC_0071

Here, there is a lot of stalls selling local food and beverages such as the popular kek lapis Sarawak, mee kolok and laksa Sarawak.

There is also some small stalls that sells local merchandize plus not to forget the exquisite ikan Terubok masin that you can get it all here.

 DSC_0072

After enjoying the food, you can have a long walk along the village waterfront to enjoy the beautiful scenery around the kampung area.

DSC_0074

You could have a glimpse of the end of the city which locates the ships for the fishermen.

I hope you guys could be thrill to come here and if you do, we do welcome you with open arms.

Pre-graduation Night

Last Thursday, the Pre-graduation Night was being held at Borneo Convention Centre Kuching.

It is the most anticipated event that has been waited by hundreds of final year students as they will celebrate the gala of their last presence in UiTM Sarawak for this semester.

Girls as always try to look at their best and some people say, “Less is more” which I had to agree upon too after those what-they-so-called style and fashion for the night.

DSC_0048

Perhaps some of those people who attend try to save budget over their attire and looks until one of the choice that is to dress up themself from head to toe.

In certain occasion, you need to seek professional advice and skills to make yourself beautiful because they know what they do the best.

Because at the end of the day, you do not want to end up to look like a clown or a chipmunk wearing a joker costume plus ending up having hairstyle which looks just like from a mental institutionary escapist.

DSC_0049

But sometimes do not take the advice of “ Less is more” seriously because you will end up to be underdress for the event. For occasion like this, you must know if the host will put up a theme for that night or what type of event it is either it’s high tea, luncheon, dinner etc. Be do aware of that.

DSC_0054

A scenario that would not be missed out is where there are couples who decide to wear the same colour for the event which is sweet indeed and as long they keep up with the theme, everything will be look alright. No sweat.

Enough ranting. Now here’s the story telling.

DSC_0067

That is Nisa and Lan, different course but same attraction. Both of them decide to wear Chinese traditional attire and it was sweet of Lan to manage to get the close from don’t-know-where. Nope, they’re not couple…only merely-there-couple.

DSC_0082

She’s one of the Business Study student. The whole member in her table is having Indian theme. She looks astounding out of the ordinary. But due to the reason she didn’t follow the theme, she didn’t win the Queen of the night.

DSC_0083

This is one of by best pictures for the night. Francesca was perfect on that night in the terms of style, make-up, dress and everything. Taking her picture was the hardest part since I need to seek the perfect angle to show her beauty.

DSC_0093

Our fellow Hairul ‘Hando’ Hafiz, the Chairman of the Student Council along with Assoc. Prof. Dr. Wan Akil, the second in command in UiTM Sarawak along with Prof. Jamil Hamali, UiTM Sarawak Director. Hando just make it in the nick of time to greet the VVIP during the VVIP arrival.

DSC_0112

Sharifah Shazzea, our Deputy Chairlady of Student Council does looks amazingly stunning. That night she was on her best look and I kept on whispered to her on how beautiful she was that night twice.

DSC_0114

Taking a group picture does really suit up since in the event like this, you need to get as many as pictures of yourself in the crowd.

DSC_0127

This is my class table.

From left; Irwan, Farah. Faizura, Emmelly, Hakimah, Anna, Mike, Me, James and Atai.

DSC_0140

Anna Sato was looking gorgeous on that night. Might perhaps because of the eyelashes extension that make you feel tires.

DSC_0141

The picture of Hakimah, the only queen of all football games I ever knew,.

DSC_0161

Taking a camwhore photo is a must but it will looks wrong since DSLR already pandai main at the main area.

DSC_0209

One that night self, there’s a slot to appreciate those students from each different faculty by selecting one of them as the best based on their CGPA.

DSC_0221

My beautiful Hana which are being worshipped by most of the girls in the campus came with a beauty like no one else that night. Although she might be intimidating, but don’t feel afraid just to say ‘hi’ to her. She’s friendly to begin with.

DSC_0242

My classmates for that night look more than their normal selves that night. Some of them even bought new dress and tailored new clothes just for the event.

DSC_0262

Yours truly within the picture scope and it was the only me who didn’t sit quietly at the table because keeping on running here and there to take pictures.

DSC_0279

Both Nisa and I ended up being red for the night reflecting the passion within us for our partner. I mean red does mean love.

DSC_0281

Jesse was astounding-astonishing-amazingly beautiful that night. She’s a pretty Sabahan girl and to take picture with her really shows the exquisite side of me being choosy.

DSC_0289

The picture of the whole Part 6 Business Studies students. Luckily most of them fit in the frame.

DSC_0299

Yours truly with his besties. Do I have to say again that she is amazingly beautiful that night once more?

DSC_0315

Rahman and Nisa taking a picture together with that background seems like they are attending a fashion show event.

DSC_0316

Yours truly with the YDP of Student Council and President of Debate Unit English Department. Seeming seeing us to be as red, it was only a coincidence. I actually wore Hando’s samping because he changed with mine to match up with his shirt colour.

Overall, the night was great and everybody is having fun. It was a memorable night indeed and I would like to thanks Momo for lending me his speed light for that night event.

A final of Yayasan Sarawak World Style Debate Competition will be going on today and wish me all the best guys!

Cheer for me aite!

Welcome to my third wife; Eliyana Edith

I fell in love with her since the first day I saw myself gazing upon her.

I know that I’m qualified to get my hands on her since I’m good at shooting people at any events and at any situation.

Worst part is I’m getting into her seriously starting in the early of semester but then, my parents keep on refusing to take her to the house since they doesn’t know her importance of her in my life.

They said that I’m not grateful enough to have my second wife, Elydia Edith, which I always put my hands on her 24/7.

But alas, after so much of deliberation for months, they finally agree to bring her into the house but with a condition; to do not let anyone or any guys caress her body aside from me.

Hence, I agree upon their terms and conditions.

Therefore, I present to you my newest-wish-come-true; my third wife; Nikon D5000 or better known as Eliyana Edith.

nikon-d5000-external-box-packaging

My mum and I have to wait for nearly half an hour before the towkeh arrived to the store along side with his wife because their children is the one who’s handling the store while they are gone. And since it’s involving thousand of ringgit worth of item, it’s better to have the big boss to do the deal.

d5000-unboxed-1

While waiting for the taukeh, my mum made an early warning on to do not taking girls picture because she bought it for me at the first place so that it could be easy for me to do my work and assessment.

4089379994_d257c53e0f

After I manage to get this baby home, I spent the whole 4 hours reading it’s manual because I don’t want to waste my time find the correct moment to read the manual at some other time. Understood?

Nikon D5000

But anyway, this little baby of mine will be starting its action soon enough but first I need to find the most suitable compartment to bring it around with me considering I always bring my second wife along.

But anyways, hurrah for me!

Older, wiser….darker?

May is such a busy month for me.

Finishing the exam papers, managing the Kenyalang Debate Open 2010 and representing UiTM Sarawak in Arau Open; it does have its own tiredness in it.

And here’s the last chapter of the month; my own-forgotten birthday. I’m a year older and a year wiser but still young in heart and mind. Please, do not try to be bothered just to remind e on how childish I am. All I know is at least I’m getting more knowledgeable year by year more than other people out there.

Here’s the question. What I want to get for my birthday?

Of course I want the stuff which in the top of my A-list.

A DSLR camera!

And here I would likely to tell to all people that I would get my hand on this baby and it would be my second wife after my dearest small petite laptop.

Here’s the picture of my lovely baby-will-be.

nikon-d3000-dslr

The next highlight of course the Rainforest World Music Festival from the 9th till 11th July 2010. The experience that I had last ear really gave me the adrenaline to go there once again.

My next target after this is to get my hand to Nokia 5800 and with some plan in mind; you would see me often in Twitter and Facebook thanks to the Gravity application.

Good things always coming in last but for me it is better to be like that so it would give me the chance to prepare for the worst.

Enough of ranting.

From now on, I’ll try to keep up to myself to update this blog. Mark my words.

Raya Syawal : Fifth Day

DSC05224

The top view from my house in the early morning of the 5th day of Raya.

After sort things out at my house; washing the dishes, do the laundry, swept the house etc. I prepare myself to get ready when Yaya’s text arrived nearly noon asking me to get ready. And owh! By the way, Celcom line were sucks on that day.

I waited for like FOUR freaking hours and I called Yaya for every half-an-hour to “check” things up. Abruptly, all the guys were at Yaya’s house and unable to make their journey since Dr. Wan Akil was talking to them.

They finally arrived using Redha’s Perodua Kelisa and since there were SEVEN of us, I have to sit on Alex’s lap.

First stop is to Madam Ratna’s house since she kept on texting Wan to visit her for Raya. Before us, there were some students in the house and they were karaoke.

DSC05225

After they left, Mdm. Ratna persuade us to sing; we w ere shy at first but Alex took the first move and selecting some songs. I just there with him just to tagged along. Mind you, I want to sing also.

Hence we sang loads of songs, having the impression that we were in a karaoke box. Need to note that her house does really have a very good sound system.

DSC05228

But although we put to the loudest volume and having our voice at the top box, Redha still have his sleep quite peacefully. Hahaha..

Alex and I were singing Isabella, Sejati, Sekuntum Mawar Merah etc. until it is Yaya’s turn to sing after Mdm. Ratna did her stuff by persuading Yaya to join her to sing along.

DSC05230

For the first time ever exclusively in The Black Label, Yaya is singing in the picture. What song? It is Tenda Biru by Ella and her most favourite; because that is the only Malay song that she remember the lyrics; Menghitung Hari by Kris Dayanti.

Afterwards, we headed to Wan’s cousin’s house and Yan’s house which just located near to each other. Then, we decided to head our way to Redha’s house but first Yaya need to refresh herself; so we turned back to Yaya’s.

Eventually, Redha left his phone at Yan’s and together with Alex, they went to get it back where as Camy, Wan and I was waiting for Yaya. Since Redha’s brother need to use the car, hence Yaya will drive her own car along with us in it and we would meet up with Redha at his place.

Mind you, Yaya’s father was quite disturb emotionally because it has been for two days in a row that Yaya arrived to home early in the morning and we decided that will be our top priority for today.

Our dearest Zureen who was having her quality time spent some time with us downstairs and we have a little chat together.

DSC05234

Yes I know girls, you just love the dress that she wore isn’t it? Hahaha…

In the house, there is one thing that caught my eyes and it was Wan Akil’s very own grandfather chair. So I asked Zureen,

“Can I sit on it?”.

“Yeah, just sit on it….”.

“But where’s your dad?” in case he went berserk if sit on it.

“Naah, he is in the room playing my brother’s PS2….”.

You would wonder why I want to sit on it, right? It is because of this;

DSC05235a

The great Stifler was sitting on it last year. So, I was thinking to continue the “new tradition".

DSC05235

And yes, it suits me quite right. The chair likes me. To compare and to make it a bit sentimental, I create this;

DSC05235b

See, it is a match. The chair likes us.

Just before we end up our journey, we headed to Redha’s and our final destination; thanks to Yaya; is my house of choice; Baby’s house.

The guys, especially Alex and Redha was personified by the mother and the daughters. What can I say? If I can’t resist them, all guys just couldn’t.

Redha was freaking tired because he has nothing to eat since morning and yes, for the THIRD time people, we end up at McD.

DSC05238

Do not get fooled on what she hold. What she ordered is so much more. Do not believe me?

 DSC05241

See? I don’t lie….LOL.

We manage to end up our journey not later than 12.15 a.m and it is the last journey for that day.

Hence, thank you for all who read this Raya Syawal journey post.

P/S: Throughout the 3 days of journey, I have make a very good deduction and it is non-arguable indeed.
