Dear Future Daughter

Future Daughter

My dear future daughter,

Every time I think of you; that one day I will hold you in my arm; made me smile when I’m going through a rough time and all those burden just shed off to the ground.

You will be a beautiful girl for me; until it made the earth stop moving just because it want to have a glimpse of the face that would shine my world. I’ll take care of you well and nurturing you with all best things that world got to offer.

I would send you to the best school where you can meet your new future friends; which perhaps some of grow up together with you and stay by your side when I am not there for you. Later, when you’re 4 years old, a ballet class I should prepare for you so you could be flexible in the early age so it would be easy for you to take any sports or dance class that you want to be into when you’re 10 years old.

Not to forget a piano lesson so you could develop the artistic value within self so towards the end, you would be a smart, beautiful, amazing, captivating and talent girl people would know.

Thus, the would ask around, “Who’s daughter is she?”

In latter, I would happily answer, “Mine”.

Raya Syawal

The morning sun has risen itself in the morning of 1st Syawal 1432H; which fell on 30th August 2011; has given a ray of joy to entire Muslims all over the globe.

As for my family, with my dad whom departed to do his umrah a week before Raya, we could manage some stuff since most of us already grown up.

Hence in terms of buying some stuff for Raya is not a main problem since most of us have our own vehicle; except for me.

Plus, after solat sunat Raya, there is a reception for kids and adults whom finished their tadarus (reciting Al-Quran in groups which only being done in Ramadhan) and as usual, RM50 flew into my pocket as a reward to us.

Afterwards, the whole family went to my father’s village located at 10th Mile to celebrate Raya together with other family members and at the same time picking up my dad from the airport in the evening.

Farm, Food, Birthday

About a month ago, my course; Diploma In Plantation and Industrial Management had our team building for the Part-1. Despite I have to spend two nights in the ladang alongside with bugs and insects, I would rather say it is much of a success.

But the most important thing is that I can see the beautiful nature panorama and it can be only see in the ladang.

One of it is the view of the dragon fruit patch.

DSC00001

Beautiful isn’t it? I mean just by looking to the whole green scenery does makes you feel calm and just want to enjoy the nature.

A week after that, B.J and I have a new activity on Friday which what we called “Food Scavenging Hunt”.

Why?

Because the UiTM staffs from different departments will have their tea time at Anjung Seri and quoted from Assoc. Prof. Margaret, “If a students held event, there’s no enough food but when the staff handle even, there’s always so much food”.

And that is the reason on why both of us having our evening to lurking around for free food and let me tell you this, from the picture, the result is not that frustrating.

DSC00005

We have a lot of leftovers until I swear you can get this leftover to be finished for a birthday party.

Talking about birthday party, about three weeks ago, my little brother Raqib, had his 8th birthday celebration.

It’s not a big celebration, just a relatively small one; between us family only.

Even the picture was taken from my camera phone and here I post it for your view.

DSC00012

From here, you can see the older siblings aren’t there because most of them are busy playing with the computer and only know to finish the cake after the candle being blown.

Some non-supportive siblings I assume.

The naughtiest

Kat sini, kita nak kasi full preview of my two youngest siblings. Sorang tu dah masuk Darjah Dua, sorang lagi baru jer mula tadika.

Ladies and gentlemen, I present to you Muhammad Raqib Sallehin & Nurfarahin Sallehin.

As the most youngest brother in the family, budak ni lah the most mischievous brother of all. Ada-ada jer hal mau dibuatnyer. And that is one of the main reason budak kecik ni selalu kena pukul by the elder brothers.

If that happen, he would usually come to me to seek for safety; tau pun takut budak ni.

As for Nurfarahin lak, she’s the only daughter and the youngest one in the family. Kalo nak sebut pasal manja tu, memang manja la but she always with Raqib until perangai mengalahkan budak lelaki lagi.

Bukan takat tu jer, bab education pun my parents sent her to Smart Reader; one of the leading kindergarten in Malaysia. Ko tau brapa monthly fee dia? RM300 PER MONTH!!!

Aku ngan abang aku dulu belajar kat tadika polis dulu, ko tau tak!? The other siblings got their early education kat Tadika St. Jude which the fee rate is at RM80/month jer.

Memang bunyi macam tak fair pun but that was a very long time ago; the time dimana my parents are struggling for money during those days. But now, bila dikenang kembali, my parents would laugh when they remember those times.

Back to my sister. Bila dia dapat tahu yang dia mula sekolah a month ago, bukan main semangat lagi dia mau prepare diri dia dengan beli beg ni lah, baju ni lah, sweater ni lah.

Aku dulu sekolah cuma pakai seluar pendek dengan baju putih jer tau! Budak perempuan ni sorang nak mengalahkan diva lak permintaan dia. Umur baru jer 6 tahun.

Although I have to admit, kalau takda diorang dua ni, mau sunyi rumah because adik yang nombor tiga paling muda dah pandai behave himself and the others lak dah besar panjang.

Tapi tu lah, memang kena tahan perangai diorang dua ni. Nasib baik kau ni kira penyabar tahap gaban…. Kalau tak…..nasib diorang la.

Contact lens? What contact lens? What is contact lens?

Indeed I’m wearing contact lens since yesterday. But to tell you the truth, I was quite nervous when I want to put it on. So nervous until it buy my time of 30 minutes.
Same thing happened today too.
I bought it last Saturday and the promoter of the store kept on giving pressure on me to learn-on-how-to-wear-it ASAP so that I would leave the store while their faces are broad in smiles.
It cost me around RM50; RM51 to be exact.
What type of lens that I chose?
It’s this one.
Freshlook-Colorblends07_slide_show
The colour?
It’s this one.

Sorry to disappoint you but that eye is not mine. Maybe I’ll put it up on later.
Hell no that I would wear this at home. My parents really emphasize to all the family members; NO CONTACT LENS!
Once my SPM leaver brother once caught for possessing it, my mother went freak out mad and there was lecture on eyes health by her for about 2 hours.
I bought this secretly behind their back and I only wear and take it off in the campus ground.
What if I’m being caught?
It is where my parents start to read my blog.
Pray for me please.

Raya Syawal : First Day

It has been a tiring day for me; to be honest with you. I haven’t sleep all night long because of these certain jobs that I have to finish up in order to have a non-nagging-from-my-mother in the bright morning of Syawal.

On raya eve, usually my home will be in the last-minute preparation such as paint the walls, putting on the curtain, setting up the furniture etc.

DSC05128

Here we can see what I really meant. Luckily we h ave almost a dozen of free labour source; thus my mother just kept ordering around.

DSC05129

While in the kitchen, Rais is roasting the peanuts so it can be use to make peanut gravy which our house usually enjoys it once a year; only in Syawal.

DSC05132

Well, as for me, I have to clean up the big mess under the house thank to the past-wiring that has been done to the first floor. You just do not have any idea on how tiring it was.

DSC05135

And this ladies and gentlemen, is the piles of clothes that I need to fold at 3 a.m in raya morning. Plus, having eight siblings, you would say that this job is the last thing that you would do.

DSC05137

Let me introduce to you the leader of all the boys in Kampung Boyan. Hafiz, the son of the famous Pak Lah’s mee kolok son. If you heard the father’s special menu name, you would definitely know the boy that pose at the middle.

DSC05146

You can call it as the one of the most important element in Hari Raya celebration which is asking the forgiveness from our parents. And that younger brother of mine needs a lot of apologizing to do. LOL.

DSC05148

And maybe along the way through out the journey to kampung, I kind of slipped my drinking box at the side of the road. Yes, I know; Malaysians. Pffft.

DSC05153

Her name is Aisya; the daughter to my cousin. Yeah, she’s sweet isn’t it. But it has to come in a package, she nag you just like your mother.

DSC05159

Here is the picture of me with my sweet cousin and thanks a lot to my little brother who’s inter-framed at the middle makes the value of this picture decreases.

DSC05161

The third and the youngest set in my family. You can call them the Z-generation since they were born in the year of Y2K.

DSC05162

His name is Muhammad Raqib and please, do not get fooled by from his name because his attitude is the most mischievous among the family.

DSC05177

Please, do not get it wrong, The baby is own by another cousin of mine. So, you can stop wondering if she is the new addition in the family.

DSC05178

The big man of the house himself. The only person that I fear most in the world; my father.

DSC05181

As sweet as her looks, I wouldn’t recommend any guys out there to approach her. This cousin of mine would be the factor of a dear-good-addictive-longing or even you can call it in a Malay; she will caused you to have a strong angau.

DSC05184

Definitely, you do not want both of them to be best friends one day because somehow, I have the feeling that these two will be really good at men.

DSC05188

And last but not least, another cousin of mine make her messed up facial expression before my family and I leave the house.

From the start of the day, I have the feeling that I’ll be put off instantly when I reached my bed at home. And yes, I slept like grizzly bear.

I hope with all the thousand apologies, it would make Syawal as the most best day ever. After all, it is the month of victory after we succeeded tempted the seduction from our passion and lust through out Ramadhan.

But remember guys, do watch what you consume tomorrow, okay? We do not want you to pump up your weight after you’ve been declining your waist size in the fasting month.

My totally beloved family

TO ALL OF BLACK LABEL's READER, I PRESENT TO YOU
.
.
.
MY FAMILIA

Yes, I do come from a family of nine sibling and the best part is EIGHT are BOYS and as the youngest and the ONLY GIRL is five years old Nurfarahin.

Mind you to have a lot of children and at the same time my parents are quit busy with their work, I myself feel quite astonished on how my parents could cope with us NINE siblings.

Our house never quite; even at late night where supposedly everyone in the neighborhood already fallen asleep.

Tooking a quote of my mother, "Kitak orang tok bising eyh sampei pepagi butak camtok pun pencuri sik berani masuk rumah!!! (All of you keep on creating havoc even during early in the morning until a buglar don't have the guts to enter the house!!!).

Consider this situation, with two laptops in the house; exclude the old one; my 3rd and 5th brothers onlining at 11 p.m until 3.30 a.m. Then I woke up from my sleep scowling my brother onlining using my laptop. I grab it back and the turn to online will get to me.

At 5 a.m, both of my little brothers will automatically opening their eyes and start to search for my older brother's handphone and mine to play games which both of us installed. After that my little sister will cry around 5.30 a.m causing my mother to woke up, make her silence and head to the kitchen to get the breakfast done.

Imagine if the whole siblings are in the house; my 4th brother live in a hostel in a technical school; the word of silence will never exist.

You may potray, "With that loads of bros and sis in the house, your mom do hired a housemaid".

WRONG

Since my little sister were 3 years old, my house never hire a housemaid. Why?

1. With the number of clothes, meals and cleaning need to be made in one day, who could?
2. With the number of naughty boys in the house; other than my parents; who could stand with it?
3. We already grown up boys now, we can do the housework ourselves, thank you.
4. We already being tought to babysit since we were 9 years old; hence we're professionally trained in this field.

But overall, even with the number of nine siblings, you would actually surprise if one day you step your foot into my house, it feels like we are only three or four sibling...due to the fact that that some of us like to wonder around.

Anything and all,

I LOVE MY FAMILY
